Debris and Bulk Item Hauling Service
Removal of large bulk items (sofas, televisions, mattresses, etc.) left in the enclosures area on an as-needed basis
NOTE: This service does not include the removal of renovation debris, landscaping and/or construction materials. Case Industries will haul away appliance renovation items for an additional fee.
On-Site Clean Up Services
Case Industries will collect trash, recycle and compost (if applicable) from resident’s door.
Apartment Trash Out Services
Remove and dispose of all items left behind by residents when there are evictions and/or move outs
